πŸ‹ It helps heal our planet and the environment.

When you plant a garden you are investing in the health of future generations and the stability of our ecosystems. Stop giving your hard earned dollars to mega-corporations that are pillaging the Earth for materials, take the power back into your hands by developing a deeper relationship with the source of your food. Planting one seed today can be the foundation for your success in the future.

πŸ‹ It helps you get healthier and remove toxins.

When you put your sweat and energy into planting a garden you are infusing the ground with your DNA and informing the plants to grow foods that can help you heal and regenerate. When you stop eating processed garbage you can begin transitioning to wholesome foods packed full of life energy.

πŸ‹ It feels soooo good 😊 if you have your own garden you definitely will be able to relate.

But when I walk into my yard and harvest fruits like I did with these lemons today, the feeling is pure bliss. It feels so great to know that I am healing myself with every bite. I love making detoxifying lemon water to help clean out my body.

Start planting the seeds for your future today, help nourish a vibrant community inside and outside you.
